POLICIES 

Order Processing & Shipping 

Sugar Fashions Accessory Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex via Paypal. Be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared usually, 1-3 business days. Orders are typically shipped via our preferred provider USPS.
We offer domestic shipping services a Flate rate.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally or beyond the U.S. (contiguous) states. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.


Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update to your customer account. Ground shipping rates are not guaranteed. Note: processing and transit days are business days only (Monday thru Friday), Non-holiday, weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are not counted as business days.

For time sensitive orders please be sure that billing and shipping information is consistent with your payment method(ie: credit card) to avoid a processing delay.


Domestic Shipping Option (US-Only)
US Postal Service Ground - 2-7 day delivery. USPS ground service with tracking information. Ground service delivery start within 1-2 business day after the order is placed. Transit times vary depending on your USPS shipping Zone.
You will receive an email once your item(s) have been shipped.
 
UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEM(S) LOST IN TRANSIT.

Customer Responsibility

You, the customer should inspect all packages and descrepancies upon receipt.
For wrong items, and shipping damages, you, the  customer should contact us on the day in which item(s) were received.
Any claims after (7) seven business days from receipt will not be honored.

Always inspect each item for physical damage, missing information.
You should always provide a detailed & specific description of problems for defective item(s).

For any and all returns, legitimate returns, Sugar Fashions Accessory Boutique must be contacted prior to the return.



Returns & Exchanges 

All returns/exchanges must be in the same packaging and condition with tag affixed as received.  

  • Any item(s) that show signs of wear, has been altered, damaged.
  • Custom /special order will not be accepted for return.

All return item(s) must be post marked within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns should be sent by first class mail with delivery confirmation.

For refunds, you will receive the full amount of your purchase less any shipping and insurance costs.  A refund will be issued for shipping and insurance costs when error is on our part. All special order items are final.

Please insure your package and get a return receipt for full value and get a return receipt or tracking number. 

Sugar Fashions Accessory Boutique cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.  

We do not refund/exchange any product that is returned to us after 14 days.     

If we receive unauthorized returns, we will refund the cost of the product MINUS a 10% handling fee (cost).

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Wrong or Missing Damaged Merchandise

For wrong or missing items, shipping damage, or other shipment discrepancies, you, the customer should contact us immediately.
Any claims of wrong or missing items after seven (7) business days from date of receipt will not be honored.

For shipping damage, the customer must file a claim with their carrier immediately.
All items are shipped insured, thus must be reported for coverage.

Customer is responsible for paying any shipping charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.

We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill in form. when ordering or registering on our site, aas appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or email address. Any of the information that we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: to personalize your experience, to improve customer service, to service and to process transactions.

Your informaton, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given
to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or requested by the customer. Periodic email may be sent to your email address concerning order processing, updates for service and/or related information.
